Stairway
Fablescapes is a series of eight rural landscapes shot in the Preston area by photographer Mark Winkley. Taken during that magical time between dusk and the black of night, Winkley has created a setting from which a story can unfold. The dramatic lighting of each landscape gives them a slightly haunting fairytale feel; this combined with a provocative title fires the imagination of the viewer and triggers a storyline that transforms the location before them.
