Industrial Revolutionaries is a major new exhibition spanning 150 years of Preston’s history, looking at the personalities that helped create the modern world.
Preston was the setting for great invention, protest, social reform and commercial success. Visit Industrial Revolutionaries and come face to face with people who created, experienced and tackled a new industrial world. In this major new temporary exhibition you can see fascinating objects – some on display for the first time, view long forgotten archive film and hear street music from 150 years ago come to life again.
